Answers to common questions about ordering, delivery, and usage.

No. You only provide your name and your email address so we can send you the order confirmation link and the finished video. There is no sign-up and no subscription.

In most cases, your personalized video is ready within a few minutes after payment. As soon as it is done, you receive an email with the link.

You can download the video file and send it via WhatsApp or any messenger, or simply copy the video link from our email and share it. If you prefer, we can also send the video directly to the recipient by email as soon as it’s ready.

We run an automatic name check and show a warning if a spelling looks risky. We do our best to get every name right, but some unique or creative spellings can be challenging for the AI. You can still proceed with your order, but pronunciation quirks are not covered by our refund policy for the “risky spelling” case.

Yes. You can share your video privately with friends and family on any messaging app or social platform. Commercial use is not allowed unless we give you written permission.

Yes. We use AI systems to create each video and personalize it with your recipient’s name. This is how we can deliver fun, unique videos quickly and affordably.
